RINGANA wants to grow at its site in Spain and is looking for motivated employees to help continue its success story. We started out in a small laboratory, but now we are a team of over 800 employees at 10 locations.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure FEFO-based product prep (BBD availability)
- Plan staff schedules (daily, weekly, monthly, shifts)
- Document and report shifts accurately
- Oversee proper shift handovers
- Participate in projects
- Ensure smooth multi-shift shipping operations
- Supervise and manage company facilities
- Conduct briefings and meetings
- Control and ensure timely shipments, transports, and pickups
- Prepare and follow up on shift work
- Manage time, reporting, and compliance with goals/standards
- Oversee quality and risk management
- Assist and act as deputy to the Site Manager
Your Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or degree in a commercial or technical field
- Proven leadership and professional experience in a related industry (e.g. trade, manufacturing, services, or craftsmanship)
- Solid MS Office skills & basic understanding of ERP systems
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills, both disciplinary and professional
- Entrepreneurial mindset combined with a hands-on, independent working style
- Open to working in rotating shifts
- Excellent Spanish (C2) and very good English (C1) or German skills, both written and spoken
- Mandatory: valid work permit for Spain
