RINGANA wants to grow at its site in Türkiye and is looking for motivated employees to help continue its success story. We started out in a small laboratory, but now we are a team of over 800 employees at 10 locations.
Your responsibilities
- Ensuring completeness of accounting entries and records
- Collaborating with the external accountants and tax advisors
- Checking fiscal invoicing according to Turkish requirements (Sovos)
- Safeguarding accounting governance
- Managing inventory controls and compiling correct inventory data with local delivery partners
- Preparing financial statements on a monthly basis (according to Local GAAP and Group GAAP) jointly with the local external accountants
- Aligning with local colleagues, other local stakeholders and Group HQ in Austria
- Managing tax compliance of the company and preparing tax statements
- Ensuring invoice handling and supporting liquidity planning
- Contributing to the global ERP implementation (MS Dynamics 365)
Your qualifications
- Completed education in finance and proven expertise in Turkish tax law
- At least 5 years of professional experience in finance and taxation, including 3 years in a senior / team lead position
- Understanding of international corporate structures and proven professional experience in globally operating companies
- Precise and conscientious working style with a strong focus on high-quality results
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Turkish (C2) and very good English (C1) skills, both written and spoken
