ring(tasks)

  • Full strategic and operational responsibility for building and expanding RINGANA’s Spanish social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Development and implementation of a platform-specific strategy tailored to the Spanish market, in alignment with company and brand goals
  • Strong communication skills in front of the camera
  • Planning, producing, and publishing high-quality content (stories, posts, reels, videos, livestreams) in close collaboration with internal teams and external creatives
  • Defining the editorial calendar and brand storytelling for the Spanish audience across all relevant platforms
  • Graphic and editorial adaptation of global assets to the Spanish market, as well as the independent creation of culturally relevant, native content
  • Production of Spanish YouTube videos and social video formats, including scriptwriting, filming, and editing
  • Launching and hosting Spanish-language RINGANA Live formats, supporting product storytelling and community education
  • Direct handling of Spanish community management, including proactive interaction and customer engagement via platforms and tools (e.g. Swat.io)
  • Performance tracking and interpretation of key social media metrics; deriving strategic and content-level recommendations for growth
  • Scouting new trends, platform features, and creator collaborations relevant for the Spanish-speaking beauty and wellness audience
  • Coordinating with internal departments (e.g. Product, Brand, Market Development) to ensure consistent messaging and campaign execution

ring(skills)

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in social media management, content creation, or community building – preferably in the beauty, wellness, or lifestyle industry
  • Proven track record in growing social media channels from scratch or significantly expanding new market accounts
  • Excellent sense for platform-specific and culturally relevant content, trends, and creator dynamics in the Spanish market
  • Hands-on skills in video/photo production and basic editing for Reels, Stories, and YouTube content
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate brand goals into measurable social media initiatives
  • First experiences in front of a camera/on-stage is a big plus
  • Proficiency in data interpretation and performance reporting
  • High level of initiative, self-organization, and accountability – you thrive in independent roles with lots of ownership
  • Experience in cross-functional collaboration and working with external partners or agencies
  • Excellent Spanish (C2) and English skills (C1), both written and spoken
  • A strong connection to the RINGANA brand world and a passion for conscious beauty and fresh products
