Partner Communication & Training Specialist (m/f/d)

ring(tasks)

  • Operational implementation of communication content to RINGANA partners including cross-departmental coordination and clear structure and maintenance
  • Conception and control of partner business campaigns
  • Positioning the RINGANA business opportunity (= partner business model) in close coordination with the “Partner Communication” team lead
  • Ensuring the RINGANA corporate language
  • Content management and maintenance of all online and offline communication channels (e.g. Wordpress, Mailworx, print)
  • Implementation of training and information formats for independent RINGANA sales partners (e.g. training & congresses, e-learning formats, incentives)
  • Ongoing monitoring of the alignment of the RINGANA Partner Journey
  • Conception and safeguarding of the recognition tools for RINGANA partners
  • Cross-departmental coordination and project management 

ring(skills)

  • Completed training in the field of business or marketing/communications
  • Very good ability to translate complex information into comprehensible and appealing texts
  • Structured, strategic way of working, for operational content management
  • Team player with a hands-on mentality and an excellent sense for trends, creativity and self-organization
  • Very good understanding of direct sales and/or network marketing
  • Excellent Spanish (C2) and very good English (B2) skills, both written and spoken
  • Excellent MS Office skills
