- Ensuring completeness of accounting entries and records
- Collaborating with the external accountants and tax advisors
- Safeguarding accounting governance
- Preparing financial statements on a monthly basis
- Aligning with local colleagues and Group HQ in Austria
- Managing tax compliance of the company and preparing tax statements
- Performing payments and overseeing liquidity planning
- Building the future accounting and tax team of the company
- Contributing to the global ERP implementation (MS Dynamics 365)
ring(skills)
- Completed education in accounting and proven know-how in Turkish tax law
- At least 5 years of professional experience in accounting and tax, thereof 3 years in a senior or manager role
- Understanding of international business set-ups and professional track record within global companies
- Native Turkish Speaker
- Proficiency in English (C1 level or higher); German is a plus
- Accurate and diligent work-style, with a strong focus on delivering high-quality results
- Hands-on mentality with a proactive and problem-solving approach
