RINGANA wants to grow at its site in Spain and is looking for motivated employees to help continue its success story. We started out in a small laboratory, but now we are a team of over 800 employees at 10 locations.
Your responsibilities
- Applicant management, recruiting, onboarding, contract management, payroll, and offboarding for current and future employees across 3 Spanish locations
- Point of contact for managers and employees
- Close collaboration with local tax advisors, lawyers, and authorities
- Selection of and cooperation with temporary staffing agencies for recruiting and peak workload coverage, as well as with other service providers (e.g., catering, workwear, etc.)
- Collaboration with HQ on strategic matters
- Development and implementation of policies and guidelines
- Further development and optimization of HR software
- Administration of incoming invoices in close cooperation with the Finance department
- Close collaboration with HQ Facility Management regarding office organization; point of contact for authorities
Your qualifications
- At least 5–7 years of experience in HR and payroll
- In-depth knowledge of labor law and payroll
- Reliable, independent, and proactive working style
- Experience in an international corporation is an advantage
- Excellent Spanish (C2) and very good English (C1) or German skills, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel (approx. once per quarter to Austria)
- Mandatory: valid work permit for Spain
