Promotions & Training Specialist – Focus RINGANA Partner (m/f/d)

In this role, you’ll design and implement promotional tools and training formats for our independent sales partners (RINGANA Partners), helping them grow and succeed within our direct sales network:

  • Conceptualization and hands-on implementation of revenue-driving tools for RINGANA Partners (e.g., promotions for new partner acquisition, incentives to increase sales)
  • Ongoing success tracking of the above-mentioned tools and preparation of concept presentations to support strategic decisions
  • Implementation of training and informational formats for independent RINGANA sales partners (e.g., online live shows, e-learning formats, seminars, and conventions)
  • Continuous monitoring and alignment of the central training concept for RINGANA Partners (= RINGANA Partner Journey)
  • Content development for print materials, downloadable documents, and additional tools to support sales activities
  • Cross-departmental coordination and project management

ring(skills)

  • Completed education in business or marketing, or equivalent professional experience
  • Strong ability to identify potential and translate it into revenue-generating measures
  • A true team player with a hands-on mentality, a keen eye for trends, creativity, and excellent self-organization
  • Strong skills in designing content for webinars and seminars
  • Excellent project and process management skills
  • Understanding of direct sales and/or network marketing is an advantage
  • Excellent Spanish (C2) and very good English (C1) skills, both written and spoken
  • Outstanding MS Office proficiency
