ring(tasks)

  • Goods storage (replenishment), stock removal
  • Provision of finished products according to the FEFO principle - Product availability (MHD)
  • Warehouse and inventory management in shipping (HUB)
  • Ordering of shipping materials and spare parts for necessary equipment
  • Carrying out goods movements (stock entries), inventories as well as documentation in the warehouse management programme (stash, blending)
  • Support in the operative day-to-day business of the shift operation
  • Orderliness, cleanliness and goods care (warehouse maintenance and organisation)
  • On-time processing of orders/deliveries
  • Proper documentation of incoming/outgoing goods
  • Reporting quality deviations of outsourced products and taking measures respectively
  • Checking delivery notes and processing returned goods
  • Proper packing and loading of pallets and completion of shipping documents (preparation for transport)
  • Operating the plant and recognising operational malfunctions and independently initiating immediate
    countermeasures

  • Completed educational training
  • Good skills in Spanish and English, German skills are an advantage
  • Excellent organizational skills, time management and accuracy
  • Productive thinking, reliability and ability to work in a team
